I am a full-time Real Estate Agent. I have been in real estate for 6 years servicing, Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Polk, Lake, Brevard and Osceola Counties in Florida. As local Real Estate Agents, I only deal with rentals under two conditions. 1. If you are planning on purchasing a home within 2 years of the time when you first rented the home. 2. If you are looking to rent in my area which is zip code 32828, 32825, or 32826,. If you are looking to purchase within the first two years, then you will need to sign a contract stating we will be your REAL ESTATE AGENT.

FINANCING

Having credit problems or having troubles getting a mortgage loan for any reason? We have the “PERFECT” program that will finance you when other banks will NOT regardless of your credit history but you would have to put down the minimum of 30%. I am married with 6 children (2 girls and 4 boys). My family and I moved to Orlando, Florida in 2005 from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was a big change in scenery as far as the weather and people.

INTEREST AND HOBBIES

My interest is in Psychology, Forensics, Criminal Justice, Real Estate and Sports. When I was younger, I always wanted to work with the deceased in a funeral home as a Mortician or as a Forensic Pathologist (Medical Examiner). However, my hobbies are traveling, exercising and playing basketball. Traveling is a must in my life as I would like to explore the world just to see how others live. We all really have to enjoy our life because we never know when we are going to take our last breath.
